The scheme rests on two international conformity-assessment standards — one for the organization, one for the individual. They are what make each certificate independent, portable, and recognizable to a hospital or accrediting body, rather than a self-attestation.
Both programs are in development. Accreditation is actively in process and pilots are underway; the certifications described here are not yet fully accredited, and the status below is updated as each program advances.
The organizational certification scheme is in development, with accreditation being pursued and a pilot in progress. The company certificate carries the SC 1-aligned screening, health, and sanctions obligations as an accredited, surveilled responsibility.
The personnel-certification program is in process with the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB). The public accreditation record — currently listed under the personnel-certification body, the VCO Commission, and being updated as the program advances — shows five certifications at Public Preliminary status:
