Find a device's IFU by manufacturer.

Each manufacturer publishes its own electronic Instructions For Use (eIFU) portal. Select a company below to open its official portal, then search there by product reference (REF), UDI, or description. Most portals are intended for healthcare professionals and may ask you to select a country. Each card also shows the manufacturer’s footprint in the FDA Establishment Registration & Listing database — registered sites, device listings, and common product codes — so you can search by product code as well as by name. You can also paste a device’s UDI / GTIN below to jump straight to the right manufacturer’s IFU.

These are manufacturers’ official eIFU portals; the Instructions For Use are the property of their respective manufacturers. Portal links were verified June 2026 — manufacturers change portal addresses periodically, so re-verify before relying on a link. FDA figures are drawn from the public Establishment Registration & Listing database and are indicative, not a substitute for the manufacturer’s own labeling.
